Welcome to the wide world of HADC
In the broadest possible sense HADC encompasses a whole spectrum of learning. At one end, individual dyslexics come here to learn about themselves, their challenges and how to compensate for them. At the other, teachers and educationalists come here to learn about dyslexics and how to deliver the dyslexia strategies that will help them achieve their potential.
At the same time, in the middle of it all, we ourselves learn how to more easily and exactly identify dyslexic people and develop new ideas to better enable and facilitate the whole process. Overall it means we get to meet a lot of people at HADC:
- Those personally affected by dyslexia
- Those who think they might be and want to find out if they are
- Those affected indirectly because they have a child they feel might be dyslexic
- Those interested in acquiring the skills required to work with dyslexic people
- Those simply inquisitive to find out more about the fascinating area in which we work
We are happy to share our ideas and passions with everybody. Anybody, child or adult alike, is welcome at HADC.
